Leonard Eröd - arranger and composer

Since the beginning of his music studies Eröd was also active as an arranger, working for the Bruckner Orchestra Linz and artists such as Herbert Lippert or Heinrich Schiff, but mainly for his own chamber ensembles: the Vienna Bass&oon Quartet (f.e. opera paraphrases on „Carmen“ and „La Traviata“) and the CrossNova Ensemble (f.e. Rimsky-Korsakov's „Sheherézade“ or Brahms' Hungarian dances).

Compositions for the CrossNova Ensemble („Präludium und Fuge“ over ad jingles or a multicultural Viennese Waltz called „Integrationen“), pieces for student ensembles in different degrees of difficulty („Suite à Six“, „Four Movie Scenes and a Happy-Ending“) and other opportunity-based works.
