Edition Blumberg - EB0601

This is an uncut transcription of Johann Strauss' ouverture to the operetta „Die Fledermaus (The Bat)“ for five bassoons and contrabassoon. It tries to render all the details of the original score, hence the upper parts are very challenging (concerning both finger dexterity and skill in the high register).

The contrabassoon part can also be played by a sixth bassoon (extra part included).
